TetraTwo weeks ago, we decided to temporarily close our doors in an effort to improve our operations for the benefit of our customers, employees, vendors, family, and friends. During this time, our team has been diligently working to perform renovations, install new technologies, and implement new procedures that will allow us to safely continue serving our neighbors.
Thanks to the relentless dedication and efforts of our team, we’re happy to announce that we will be reopening our Belmont and Troutdale dispensaries Saturday, Apr. 11th, for online and phone orders for pickup only! Below, we’ve outlined what you can expect to see from our store updates, plus our future plans to improve our customer experience:
Belmont and Troutdale Store Updates
New Point-of-Sale Hardware: We’ve installed new hardware that will vastly improve our fulfillment time for pickup orders and keep wait times to a minimum.
Signage & Floor Markings: We’ve posted directional signage and painted sidewalk and floor markings to clearly guide our customers to maintain six feet of distance while waiting to pick up their orders.
Updated Hours of Operation: Our Belmont and Troutdale dispensaries will be open from 10am – 8pm every day.
Troutdale Store Updates
Physical Barriers: We’ve installed plexiglass barriers in our Troutdale lobby to facilitate safer transactions between customers and staff.
Coming Soon at Belmont
Cannabis Delivery: We’re setting up a system to provide home deliveries to our Portland customers that will launch in a few weeks. We will also begin transitioning to the marijuana delivery platform Dutchie to provide a better customer experience and track and deliver orders in a timely manner.
A Safer Showroom: Our sales floor will remain closed while we install plexiglass barriers to better separate employees and customers. Once completed, customers will be allowed to peruse our store two at a time for a more traditional and personal dispensary experience.

Debit Card Processing: We will soon be able to accept debit cards as payment for online and phone orders. Debit transactions will reduce the physical transfer of cash from customer to customer. These transactions will be subject to a $3.50 fee.
We will continue to update our customers as we begin implementing additional safety measures.
